- What software is used when developing systems by NOLTEC IT Integration?
a) Microsoft Visual Basic
b) Seagate Crystal Reports 7

- What typical steps are necessary to design a custom solution?
a) Consultation to agree on the User Requirement Specification.
b) Basic design.
c) Sign off of this basic design by customer
d) Do the software development
e) Do FAT with sign off by customer.
f) Arrange for implementation of system in life environment.
g) Do training of system.
h) Allow for system to settle and get final sign off.
i) Agree on a support contract.
- What Support Fees Are Applicable?
a) An annual support fee of R1200 per system is payable.
b) If changes are necessary, an quote will be submitted and signed off before the work can be done.
- When will the new .NET software be launched?
a) The first application (ncNURSERY) will be operational on the 1st of March 2013.
b) ncSTOCK and ncCOLLEGE will be completed before end of 2013.
- What new functions can be expected?
a) An automatic e-mail system will be included
b) An automatic SMS system will be included
c) Other exciting better navigation options are built into the new systems.
